Radish sprouts are ready to eat in 3–4 days.
The red radish microgreens are rich in protein, vitamins A, B₁, B₂, C, E and K.Compared to an adult plant, sprouts contain several times as much magnesium, as well as iron, potassium, calcium, sodium, phosphorus and zinc. Vitamin C allows for better absorption of iron and calcium. The protein content is 30–35%.
